• Access to free earthquake data from 21 reputable seismic networks, including U.S., Puerto Rico, India, Indonesia, Turkey, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, China, New Zealand, Japan, Italy, Croatia, Spain, and Greece.

The Earthquake Network research project (https://www.sismo.app) focuses on developing a smartphone-based earthquake early warning system. By utilizing the accelerometer present in smartphones, the app can detect earthquakes in real-time and provide advance alerts to the population.

The app immediately alerts users who have it installed upon detecting an earthquake. This is particularly beneficial as it allows for timely warning and response before the damaging waves of the earthquake reach areas further away. Important information about subscriptions:

• Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal will be identified
