The Earthquake Network research project (https://www.sismo.app) focuses on developing a smartphone-based earthquake early warning system. By utilizing the accelerometer present in smartphones, the app can detect earthquakes in real-time and provide advance alerts to the population.

The app immediately alerts users who have it installed upon detecting an earthquake. This is particularly beneficial as it allows for timely warning and response before the damaging waves of the earthquake reach areas further away.  <li>Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through their Account Settings after purchase</li>
